Independent Inquiry Interim Report

The Independent Inquiry into Mental Health Services in Tayside has published an Interim Report.

This report gives details of the key findings and emergent themes following the evidence gathering stage of the Inquiry’s work.  These themes are not exhaustive, as the Inquiry progresses there may be more themes emerging. The identified themes will enable the Inquiry to focus on next steps, drawing firm conclusions and making specific recommendations.

The Inquiry team is very grateful to all who came forward to provide evidence.
